Our goal is to provide the highest quality emergency preparedness kits and ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it in accordance with the conditions below.
Return conditions
- Return period: You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Product condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all included items as delivered.
- Proof of purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide your receipt or order confirmation.
- Return shipping costs: If the product does not meet quality standards or is defective, we will cover your return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. the product is not suitable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact us at info@goprep.ee. We will send you a return form to complete and include with the product, which should be shipped to: Pärnu mnt 142, Tallinn, Estonia.
